Albert Einstein Medical Center, East Norriton Township, Montgomery County, PA
Albert Einstein Healthcare Network is developing a 224-bed, regional medical center on an 83-acre site. The project will include a 380,000 SF, five-story hospital facility; a 75,000 SF, two-story medical office building; structured parking and 1,200 parking spaces. The design also includes a helipad to support the proposed trauma center.
Bohler performed a significant stormwater analysis on the project, incorporating vegetated swales and rain gardens where possible to handle run-off. In addition, the project requires an off-site water and sewer extension which are currently in design.
Atlantic Health Sports Institute, Florham Park, Morris County, NJ
Bohler Engineering provided civil engineering design services for the development of this six-acre, world-class sports medical institute. Home to the New York Jets’ new headquarters and practice facility, the institute features medical offices including a diagnostic center, ambulatory surgery center and ancillary sports performance facilities. Bohler Engineering prepared plans for the new common roadway and infrastructure.
